Udang Goreng Mentega

Bahan-bahan:
300 gram udang besar, buang ujung kepala, gurat punggungnya
5 siung bawang putih, iris halus
1/2 bawang bombai, iris kasar
3 sdm kecap inggris
4 sdm kecap manis
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
5 sdm mentega/margarin
1 batang daun bawang, potong
1 buah jeruk nipis, ambil airnya
minyak goreng secukupnya

Cara membuat

  • Rendam udang dalam air jeruk nipis, diamkan selama 15 menit lalu cuci bersih.
  • Goreng udang dalam minyak, sisihkan.
  • Panaskan mentega, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombai sampai harum.
  • Masukkan kecap inggris, kecap manis, dan merica bubuk, aduk rata, didihkan.
  • Masukkan udang goreng, bubuhi kaldu ayam, aduk rata.
  • Masukkan daun bawang, tuang air jeruk nipis di atasnya, aduk rata.
  • Sajikan

    bukan jeruk nipis, tapi jeruk limo. Aromanya beda.

    kalo ada, setelah udang masuk ke mentega panas, tuangkan arak memasak, 1/4 cangkir, haruuuummm
