Oseng Pare Udang

Bahan :
1 buah pare, potong
300 gram udang, buang kepalanya
4 siuang bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
2 sm laos
1 buah daun salam
3 buah cabai merah
3 cm gula merah
1 sdt garam
1/2 sdt erica
sedikit terasi
1 sdt kaldu ayam blok, larutkan dalam 2 sdm air

Care membuat:

  • Pare dicuci, belah 4, diiris tipis – tipis. Untuk mengurangi rasa pahit, tambahkan garam, kemudian pare di peras selama 10 menit. Cuci bersih.
  • Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih sampai harum.
  • Masukkan cabai merah, gula, terasi, laos, garam, merica dan daun salam.
  • Masukkan udang dan oseng sampai berubah warna.
  • Masukkan pare dan aduk – aduk sampai pare layu.
  • Tambahkan kaldu ayam.
  • Sajikan
