Bahan:
1 buah bawang bombai, cincang kasar
4 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
1 dada ayam, potong dadu 1 cm
5 buah bakso daging, potong menjadi 4
1 ikat sawi hijau, potong2
1 buah wortel ukuran sedang, potong
2 genggam bunga kol, iris sesuai ruas
1 btg daun bawang, iris
2 sdm saus tiram
2 sdm kecap ikan
1 sdt merica
1 sdt garam
1 sdt gula pasir
1 sdm tepung maizena, larutkan
150 ml air

Cara membuat:

  • Tumis bawang bombai hingga harum.
  • Masukkan ayam hingga berubah warna
  • Masukkan semua sayuran.
  • Tambahkan air.
  • Masak sampai matang lalu tambahkan bakso.
  • Tambahkan saus tiram, kecap ikan, gula, garam dan merica.
  • Masukkan larutan maizena, aduk sampai kuah kental, angkat.
