Mashed potato

Bahan
500 gr kentang
Air kaldu ayam untuk merebus
3 siung bawang putih, rajang halus
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
1/2 sdt garam (secukupnya)
200 ml susu
4 sdm mentega unsalted
Cara membuat

  • Kupas kentang, potong 1 inchi
  • Rebus kentang sampe empuk dalam air kaldu dan irisan bawang putih
  • Angkat, tiriskan dengan saringan, simpan pada wadah cekung
  • Haluskan kentang, sisihkan
  • Panaskan mentega, susu, merica dan garam. Tuang ke dalam kentang sedikit demi sedikit, aduk rata
  • Oven selama 15 menit (ga dioven juga gpp, cuman aku tadi bikinnya buat makan sahur sih jadi penginnya permukaannya kering hehehe)

Enaknya dimakan ama setup sayuran.
